Warranty & Return Policy Dock Warranty One Of The Best Warranties In The Industry Limited Warranty 1) Innovative Products Marketing stationary docks (including stands) carry a 5 year warranty on aluminum and welds for repair or replacement at manufactures discretion. 2) Innovative Products Marketing floating dock systems carry a 2 year warranty on aluminum and welds for repair or replacement at manufactures discretion. 3) Innovative Products Marketing warranty items 1and 2 the docks and accessories purchased new by the original owner to be free from defects in the material and workmanship under normal use for the periods specified from the date of original purchase. 4) Items not manufactured by Innovative Products Marketing in 1,2, and 3 are not included and carry their own manufacturer's warranty, wherein that warranty will apply. There is no express warranty on these items by Innovative Products Marketing. 5) Innovative Products Marketing is not liable for incidental or consequential damages or injuries of any kind due to installation, removal, use, misuse, snow or ice, electrolysis, severe weather, acts of God, misapplication or improper selection of one of our purchased or displayed products. Innovative Products Marketing agrees to repair or replace only defective parts returned to the factory (prepaid and authorized) and deemed to be defective by Innovative Products Marketing. Warranty is void when misuse or neglect is the cause. Return Policy Return Privileges IPM customer return requests must be made within 30 days of invoice date. Please return all products 100% complete. This includes manufacturer box, UPC label, packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards and accessories. A restocking fee of 15% will apply. Return privileges are contingent upon various manufacturer policies. IPM reserves the right to decline return requests based on those policies. Please verify policies for specific item(s) with a member of IPM. Please contact at tdeisinger@ipm-llc.com via e-mail or call 866.646.3038 8:00AM-4:30PM M-F to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping product back to IPM. This will expedite and help ensure the proper action or credit upon processing. In order to expedite a return, please have the following information on hand when requesting an RMA number: Customer number, invoice number, serial number, reason for return, action to take (replacement/repair/return/credit) and whether the box has been opened or is manufacturer sealed. Please do not write on or damage the manufacturer box. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to IPM for all products being shipped back to IPM. Products exchanged or replaced will be shipped by IPM to Customer, at IPM's expense, using the same shipping method as was used by Customer to ship the original products back to IPM. If the carrier selected by Customer is not used by IPM, a comparable shipping method will be selected. Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped back to IPM. Please fully insure return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery such as UPS, Federal Express or DHL. This is for your protection as well as to ensure quick action on your return.
